Team Principals are topics or behaviors that you would like to work on as a team in a work environment.
You may choose from any of the teamwork principles or speak to us about principles your team is interested in.
Team Principles Include:
1-Not carrying baggage with you.
- Every project needs have a startover mentality.
- When we start to carry baggage with us, it will consume brain power.
- Once we decide to shed the baggage, our brains get a lot more capacity and more creativity.
Task: Hiking through heavy forest while carrying a log, compounded by asking others to carry it with you. (“If only they’d get rid of so and so.”)
2-Happiness at work.
- Stay hopeful and engaged.
- Don’t take on everyone else’s problems.
- Let people stand on their own two feet.
- It’s not a problem until it’s a problem.

3-Don’t take on a victim mentality.
- Victims are statistics.

Task: Pile rocks on your buddy
4-Make the decision, eliminate hesitation.
- You have to find a balance between due diligence and compromising productivity.
- Be the solution. You know what the task is; jump in and do it.
- Don’t burden the decision maker.
